Every weekend, somewhere in Nigeria, a show goes ahead with a borrowed engineer running unfamiliar consoles, a borrowed rig with no spare cables, and a stage manager improvising the run sheet between sets.
Soundscape Live is the answer — a residential academy training crew the same way we train producers: in the room, on real shows, mentored by working professionals. By the time a graduate calls their first show, they've already done a hundred change-overs.
